Larson (CT-01) voted for H.R. 7791, The Access to Baby Formula Act, and H.R. 7790, The Infant Formula Supplemental Appropriations Act, to get formula back on store shelves and provide the Food and Drug Administration with the resources to prevent this shortage from happening again.
