Hartford, CT – Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) announced $630,000 in new federal funding for Hartford Communities That Care (HCTC) was secured in this year’s government funding package. These funds will support HCTC’s Hartford Care Response Team and Violence Prevention Enhancement initiatives.
