Hartford, CT - Reps. John B. Larson (CT-01), Rosa DeLauro (CT-03), and Jahana Hayes (CT-05), Senator Richard Blumenthal, Senator Chris Murphy, Governor Ned Lamont, and Transportation Commissioner Garrett Eucalitto today announced that the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has been awarded a $125 million competitive grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation through President Joe Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to support Phase 3 of the construction project reconfiguring the highway interchange that connects Interstate 91, Interstate 691, and Route 15 in Meriden.

STORRS, Conn. (WTNH) — The University of Connecticut will use a new grant to try and boost the number of mental health service providers in schools.

The university has received $587,633 from the Mental Health Service Professionals Demonstration Program, U.S. Rep. Rose DeLauro (D-Conn.) and John Larson (D-Conn.) jointly announced on Friday.
