East Hartford, CT - Today, Reps. John B. Larson (CT-01) and Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) announced a $587,633 grant for the University of Connecticut School of Social Work to support innovative partnerships to train school-based mental health services providers and expand the number of mental health service professionals available to address the dire need in our schools. The funding comes from the Mental Health Service Professionals Demonstration Program.

Larson (CT-01), Rosa DeLauro (CT-03), and Jahana Hayes (CT-05), Senator Richard Blumenthal, Senator Chris Murphy, Governor Ned Lamont, and Transportation Commissioner Garrett Eucalitto today announced that the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has been awarded a $125 million competitive grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation through President Joe Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to support Phase 3 of the construction project reconfiguring the highway interchange that connects Interstate 91, Interstate 691, and Route 15 in Meriden.
