Washington, D.C. - Today, following this week’s bombshell court filing, House Social Security Subcommittee Ranking Member John B. Larson (CT-01), Ways and Means Committee Ranking Member Richard E. Neal (MA-01), Committee on House Administration Ranking Member Joe Morelle (NY-25), and Oversight and Accountability Committee Ranking Member Robert Garcia (CA-42) announced House Democrats’ response to demand accountability for ‘DOGE’ data theft, including their scheme to hand over sensitive Social Security information, to a MAGA-aligned group trying to overturn elections.

Washington, D.C. - Following new revelations that ‘DOGE’ employees stole sensitive records from Social Security and schemed to hand them over to a MAGA-aligned group trying to overturn elections, House Social Security Subcommittee Ranking Member John B. Larson (CT-01), Rep. Steven Horsford (NV-04), and Rep. Gabe Amo (RI-01) introduced amendments to reduce Social Security Commissioner Frank Bisignano’s salary to $1 unless he immediately removes ‘DOGE’ employees from their databases, hands over all records related to ‘DOGE’ criminal activity at the Social Security Administration and mishandling of private records, and reverses the Trump Administration’s cuts to Social Security.
