Open to first district high school students only, the student who wins first prize this year will not only have their work hung in Washington D.C., but will also receive a $12,000 scholarship to the Savannah College of Art! The group is one of eleven bipartisan groups established by the House Committee on Ways and Means to inform its work on comprehensive tax reform.
