Public Forum on Protecting and Enhancing Social Security
Social Security isn’t an entitlement, it’s the insurance you’ve paid for. It is the working American’s retirement guarantee, providing economic security for millions of Americans including seniors, people with disabilities, and children and spouses who have lost a provider. We need to the enhance the program’s benefits so that no one who has worked their whole life retires into poverty.
On Saturday, March 23rd I will be hosting a public forum on the future of Social Security. Please join us in Cromwell to discuss the importance of protecting Social Security and how the Social Security 2100 Act will enhance benefits for current retirees and future generations.
