Community Project Funding Submissions

If you are interested in applying for a Community Project Funding (CPF) award for Fiscal Year 2027, please feel free to submit an application through the portal below. CPFs are similar but not the same as Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS), which is the Senate’s version of the appropriations project request process. Eligibility and submission requirements can be different between the two, so it is recommended that you refer to the committee guidance linked below. If you have any questions, please contact Conor Quinn in the District Office (conor.quinn@mail.house.gov) or Collin Duran in the D.C. Office (collin.duran@mail.house.gov).

The deadline to submit your CPF application has been updated to 11:59 PM on March 16, 2026.

What are these options?

Constituents who are hard of hearing or use a video phone have the option to choose TDD or VP based on the type of device they are using. This allows our office to respond to them accordingly. The default option 'Voice' is a standard audible telephone.
