Larson Statement on the Passing of Congressman Lawrence DeNardis

Hartford, CT – Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) released the following statement on the passing of former Congressman and President of the University of New Haven Lawrence DeNardis:

"The state of Connecticut lost a great man with the passing of Larry DeNardis. Larry was always looking to help others, I greatly enjoyed working with him. I admired his work ethic, hands on approach, and sense of humor. He was a true public servant. He impacted countless lives in both his career as a Member of Congress and an educator. I extend my deepest condolences to his wife May Lou, his children, family and friends."
