Hartford, CT – “I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Simon Konover. Simon was a dear friend whose kindness and compassion were reflected in everything he did. As a Holocaust survivor, he endured one of the darkest moments in history, and emerged with the desire to do good and shape a better world. He succeeded. His philanthropy and generosity have enriched countless lives both in Connecticut and across the country. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones.”
