Washington, D.C. - Today, members of the Connecticut Congressional Delegation, Representatives John B. Larson (CT-01), Rosa DeLauro (CT-03), and Joe Courtney (CT-02) sent a letter to President Biden urging him to utilize the full powers of the Defense Production Act as another tool to lower gas prices now and fight the high prices Americans are facing at the pump. Gas prices have begun to fall, but enacting the power of the Defense Production Act will further lower prices and prevent a future spike.
