Larson Votes to Improve Air Travel, Safety
Washington, D.C. - Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) voted for the bipartisan Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for five years, protect the safety of the flying public, and secure the future of the national aviation system.
“Ensuring air travel in our country is accessible and safe is a top priority, and today’s legislation will improve the experience for travelers, invest in growing and training our aviation workforce, and improve accessibility for those flying with disabilities. America has long been the gold standard for aviation safety, and I’m proud to support this bipartisan bill today to uphold and improve it,” said Larson.
