Larson Statement on the Passing of Queen Elizabeth II

Hartford, CT – Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) released this statement following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, who served as queen of the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth nations for 70 years. 

“Queen Elizabeth’s reign has spanned seven decades through war and peace and countless historic events,” said Larson. “I commend her for a lifetime of service to her nation and to the world, and my heart goes out to Queen Elizabeth’s family and those mourning across the world today.”
