Congressman Larson to Host Federal Resource Event for Small Businesses
Hartford, CT- Tuesday, June 1st on the campus of Manchester Community College, U.S. Congressman John B. Larson (CT-01) will host a Small Business Federal Resources Seminar. This event is designed to provide information on Federal and other resources available to small businesses. In addition, small business owners will learn how to take advantage of beneficial new tax credits in the health insurance reform law.
The U.S. Dept of Commerce, U.S. Small Business Administration, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture as well as state and local agencies will provide an overview of the services they offer to small businesses.
This event will be a good opportunity for small business owners to network and acquire the resources to help grow and sustain their business.
